A manually-operated handle (120) moves the clutch engaging member (130) via a link (128) and clutch actuator (122) from a clutch engaging position to a clutch disengaging position. An over-center position of the link (128) and clutch actuator (122) maintains the clutch in a disengaged condition, until normal operation of the machine is commenced, whereupon a protrusion (256) on the clutch actuator (122) is struck and the clutch actuator (122) is forced back to the engaged position, thus self engaging the clutch on commencement of normal machine operation.

Preferably, the mounting end is adapted to be releasably attached to the support structure and the cable hanger is formed from bent rod. The mounting end will preferably have a hook shape with a free end attaching to the support structure which is spaced from the cable support portion to optionally receive a portion of a support structure therebetween. The receiving slots will have a height and width selected to accommodate the diameter and length of cable being supported and the number of receiving slots may vary accordingly. For some applications, the cable hanger includes tie bars whereby the associated cable may be secured in the receiving slots with a padlock and the cable support itself may be secured to a support structure.

The cooling system is broadly applicable, including use on motor vehicles to provide cooling for several hours when the vehicle engine is off. A heating system includes an adsorbent heat exchanger for extracting heat from exhaust gases of an engine and heating an enclosed airspace.

The verification token may enter the device verification value into a CVV field of a web page appearing on the computer's display, or may display the value to the user using the computer's display.

There is at least one locking lug on the skirt for releasable engagement with the release element on the container in the child-resistant mode of operation. An annular wall extends from the base wall in a direction opposite from the skirt. A second engagement element is disposed on the inner surface of the annular wall for engagement with the first engagement element on the container finish in an inverted non-child-resistant mode of operation of the closure. In disclosed embodiments of the invention, the engagement elements may comprise circumferential beads or circumferential threads on the container finish and the annular wall of the closure.

A brake assembly can define a chamber having a second quantity of MR fluid disposed therein and having a braking structure positioned in the chamber and connected to the driven member. A magnetic field generation assembly can be configured to selectively apply a magnetic field to the first quantity of MR fluid for controlling engagement of the driven member with the drive member. The assembly can be configured to selectively apply a magnetic field to the second quantity of MR fluid for controlling engagement of the braking structure with the brake assembly to brake the driven member. A magnet can be used and selectively positioned for applying a magnetic field to the first and second quantities of MR fluid.

A fast-action difference amplifier that has a high common-mode rejection (6) and that taps a voltage drop at the measuring resistor (2) caused by the level-dependent pulse current, then said difference amplifier amplifies this voltage drop by a fixed factor and feeds the signal to a downstream peak detector (7) with filtering in order to obtain a level-dependent direct voltage and also feeds it to a downstream voltage comparator (8) which, by comparing the output voltage of the peak detector (7) to an adjustable setpoint voltage (9), generates a switching signal that changes from “low state” to “high state” as soon as a rising filling level causes the measuring electrode (4) to be sufficiently covered and conversely when the filling level sinks below the electrode (4) or reacts inversely to the change in the filling level as soon as the polarity of one of the stages consisting of the pulse generator (1), the difference amplifier (6), the peak detector (7) and the voltage comparator (8) is inverted.

A ball catching tool for baseball or softball includes a thumb-stall receiving the thumb, an index-finger-stall receiving the index finger, a middle-finger-stall receiving the middle finger, a ring-finger-stall receiving the ring finger and a little-finger-stall receiving the little finger; wherein a ball catching assisting portion of at least 6.15 mm and at most 26.6 mm in height is provided on a ball catching side surface of the thumb-stall or its root portion.
