An upper functional layer (13), which as a whole is impermeable to water and permeable to water vapor, affects at least part of the extension of the vapor-permeable surface of the lower component (11). An upper component (14) is arranged substantially on top of the functional layer (13) and has a plurality of pumping elements (15), which are directed toward the upper part corresponding to the inside of the shoe.
