摘要： A drink cup having an automatic retractable straw is disclosed herein. It comprises a main body having an outer cup, an inner cup having a guide inclined surface at a bottom thereof, and a vacuum insulation layer between the outer cup and the inner cup; a lid covered on the main body and having an opening at one side thereof for corresponding to an upper end of the guide inclined surface, a containing groove adjacent to the opening on a top surface thereof, and a flip cover pivotally disposed on the containing groove and having a convex part corresponding to the opening; and a straw accommodated in the inner cup and having a connecting member formed with a first perforation at one end thereof for connecting to an upper end of the straw and a second perforation corresponding to the bonding part of the lid at the other end thereof.

The plastic closure has a tamper-proof element that is as small as possible, and the plastic closure is largely secured against loss. The tamper-proof element consists of a plate (50), which is formed as part of the jacket wall (30) of the cover (3) by means of designed breaking point bridges (51, 52) and lies behind a first apron (25) in the closed state before the first opening and engages in a window (26) of the first apron by means of a locking hook. After the first opening, the plate (50) is separated from the cover and is held captive between the first apron (25) and a second, inner apron (27).

The lid includes a sealing ring that presses against the upper edge of the beverage container. In one embodiment, both the beverage container and the outer sleeve are conical. The outer sleeve has a diameter approximately equal to the diameter of the upper section of the container below the upper rim. When the lid and outer sleeve are tightened, the outer sleeve is pulled upward and the lid downward and the sealing ring is pressed against the container's upper rim.

摘要： A dispenser package for a fluent product that includes a plastic container having an axially extending cylindrical neck, and a closure secured to the open end of the neck. The closure includes a plastic fitment having a dispensing opening and a cylindrical wall received within the neck. The container neck has a radially opening circumferential channel, while the fitment has a radially projecting circumferential bead received by snap fit into the channel to secure the fitment to the neck. A top is pivotally secured to the fitment or to the container neck for selectively opening and closing the dispensing opening. In the preferred embodiments of the invention, the dispensing opening is circular, and the top has an annular wall that forms a plug seal within the dispensing opening when the top is in the closed position. The top is flush with the fitment or the axial end of the container neck in the closed position to form a compact visual structure.
