    • PURPOSE: A control valve for a variable capacity compressor is provided to reduce time for increasing discharge rate in starting a compressor in order to prevent degradation of operation efficiency of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A control valve for a variable capacity compressor comprises a valve body, a main valve body, an electronic actuator(30), a low pressure chamber, a low pressure response member, an in-valve release path(16), and a sub valve body(17). Pressure of a crank chamber moves to an intake chamber of a compressor through the release path. The sub valve body opens and closes the release path. In a state where a valve hole is closed by the main valve body, the power corresponding to intake pressure and the power corresponding to differential pressure between the pressure of the crank chamber and the intake pressure are applied to the sub valve body in a direction that the release path opens.
