摘要： Conjugate of biomacromolecule with bioreductive which can be useful for treating tumor is provided. The biomacromolecule is selected from apo-transferrin, Fe-transferrin, Ru-transferrin, Ti-transferrin, Ga-transferrin, Pt-transferrin, somatostatin, EGF, folacin acid or transcobalamin, and the bioreductive agent is selected from quinones, aromatic nitrogen oxides, fatty nitrogen oxides, heterocyclic nitro compound, transition metal compound. Such conjugate can selectively target the tumor cells, and lower the toxicity of medicines and survivability of tumor cells, so that the conjugate can be used for delivery of anti-tumor compounds or treating tumors.

摘要： The present invention provides a connector assembly including mateable receptacle connector and plug connector. The plug connector includes a plug insulative housing, a number of plug contacts and a resilient locking member mounted to the plug insulative housing. The locking member includes a front section positioned on the plug insulative housing and a pressing section extending backwardly and upwardly from the front section. The front section includes a first locking protrusion having an inclined first guiding surface and a first locking surface. When the plug connector is inserted in the receptacle connector, the first locking protrusion is downwardly movable under the drive of the pressing section so as to lock with the receptacle connector.

The latch is received and held in the recess of the insulator, and comprises a holding portion (41) received in the arm portion for holding the latch in the insulator, an engaging portion (42) extending forwards from the front of the holding portion and received in the guide post for engaging with a complementary connector, a spring portion (43) extending outwards and forwards from the rear of the holding portion, and a driving portion (442) extending forwards from the spring portion to approach the engaging portion so as to drive the engaging portion by pressure. The button is mounted on the spring portion and covers the latch.

The spring finger (75) is formed integrate with the metal shell and extends inwards, and the spring finger passes through the through-hole to electrically connect with the shielding braid of the coaxial cable.
