And the support jig 12 and the magnetic half unit 6' are rotated with the rotary shaft 9 being the center, while gradually shifting a position of the magnetic half unit 6' toward the rotational direction, further with a winding nozzle 8 rotated with a rotary shaft 7 being the center, a winding conductor 13 is rolled on the magnetic half unit 6'. In such way, by applying deflection yoke, with a vertical deflecting coil provided having a small winding angle at the picture side and a large winding angle at the electron gun side, a picture distortion characteristic of the television receiver is improved.
