摘要： There are provided a method and a facility for separating and recovering a steel pipe and a covering resin in a resin-covered steel pipe, which do not produce cuttings of the steel pipe and which make it possible to continuously operate the facility. The method comprises the steps of using a cut line forming means installed forwardly of the position that a high frequency induction coil passes, so as to form a cut line extending from the surface of the resin-covered steel pipe toward the steel pipe, deep enough to reach the surface of the steel pipe from the surface of the covering resin, throughout the length of the resin-covered steel pipe, circumferentially dividing the covering resin into at least two parts, heating the steel pipe by high frequency induction heating, in the position of a separating device disposed at a suitable position immediately after the passage of the position of the high frequency induction coil, to the extent the boundary between the covering resin and the steel pipe assumes the state for the release of the covering resin from the steel pipe, and cutting each covering resin into at least two parts along the cut line and toward the outside of the steel pipe by the separating device while releasing and separating it from the steel pipe.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and apparatus of recycling a printed circuit board for separating and retrieving a metallic material, which includes a printed metallic material, and an insulating material, both composing the printed circuit board. Both the metallic material and the insulating material, which are separated and retrieved, are possible for recycling. In the method for recycling the printed circuit board, hot filtration equipment 4a and resin-metal separation equipment 51 are used in hot filtration process P400. The waste printed circuit board 1 is heated and force-filtered so that only the insulating material 1a pass through the filter. Then, the insulating material 1a and the metallic material 1b are separated and retrieved. It is preferred that the insulating body base 23 of the printed circuit board 100 as the waste printed circuit board is made of thermoplastic resin or a mixture of thermoplastic resin and inorganic loading material. As a result, when the retrieved metallic material and the retrieved insulating material amount to necessities of recycling respectively, both the metallic material and the insulating material are possible for recycling.

This makes it possible to collect a foaming gas in a heat insulator while maintaining a high concentration with small equipment at low cost.

The winders are preferably arranged on an upstream side of the nip rollers. The device can be provided at the output of a lamination machine to receive longitudinal trim portions cut from a laminate being formed by the lamination machine, so as to provide continuous delamination of trim exiting the lamination machine. In the case of a three (or multiple) layer laminate, the device can include a third winder (or additional winders) for collecting a middle layer of the laminate.
