    • A color degradation compensation method is provided. The color degradation compensation method includes the steps as follows. Two images are captured by an image capturing device, wherein the two images have an overlapped area. A calculating procedure is constructed. At least one position in the overlapped area is selected and color values of a plurality of points in the position on each of the two images are read, wherein the points of each image are corresponded to the same position in the overlapped area. A ratio of the two color values is calculated. A degradation standard deviation of the two color values is calculated by the calculating procedure. The color values of the two images are calibrated to compensated color values through the calculating procedure in accordance with the degradation standard deviation.

    • A band-saw cleaning mechanism includes a cleaning unit having a steel brush, a first motor having a driving shaft, and a linking rod connected between the steel brush the driving shaft; a torque sensor mounted to the driving shaft for sensing the torque of the driving shaft and for emitting a sensing signal; a regulation unit having a second motor and a regulation screw having two ends connected with the second motor and the linking rod, respectively; and the control unit connected with the torque sensor and the second motor for controllably making the second motor regulate the regulation screw for prolongation according to the sensing signal. While the regulation screw is prolonged, the linking rod can be pushed to change the contact distance between the steel brush and the band saw for proper contact therebetween.

    • A single-inductor multi-output (SIMO) conversion device for enlarging load range is disclosed. The SIMO conversion device comprises a power stage comprising a first switch and a second switch and receiving a direct-current (DC) current. A DC voltage source inputs the DC current to an inductor by timing of the first and second switches. Each control output circuit has a third switch connected with the inductor in series to receive an immediate current. The control output circuit sends out an output voltage selectively by the third switch. A control stage circuit receives a plurality of feedback voltage signals and selectively controls the order of adjusting energy of the output voltages by order control signals. The present invention uses a current sensing circuit to obtain the immediate current and switches control signals to establish the best order thereof according to different loads.

    • A method for estimating blur degree of image and a method for evaluating image quality are revealed. First, an input image is transmitted to an image processing device for producing a synthesized blur image including a nonlinear image sensing function according to a pixel intensity distribution parameter of the input image. Next, the image processing device matches the pixel intensity distribution according to the input image and the synthesized blur image for producing a blur degree parameter; By the way, the image processing device further estimating an estimated blur result according to the blur degree parameter. The method for estimating blur degree of image can be further applied to estimate blur distribution for a plurality of regions of interest of a plurality of input images. Thereby, the blur distribution of the input images can be estimated, and thus further evaluating the image quality of the plurality of input images.
