摘要： A method can be used to attach a fabric member to a trim while forming a pattern in the fabric member. A trim has trim grooves formed in one side of the trim and a fabric member has a foam formed in one side of a skin material of the fabric member. A bonding member is coated to an outer surface of the foam and the fabric member is heated where the bonding member is coated. The heated fabric member is placed on the side of the trim where the trim grooves are formed. The fabric member is fixed to the trim by inserting edges of the fabric member into the trim grooves using insertion blades while pattern protrusions formed in a compression jig form a pattern by pressing the skin material of the fabric member.

摘要： A manufacturing method uses a main body piece formed of an elastic fabric material and having a first portion having a first end, a second portion having a second end opposite the first end, and two side ends extending between the first and second ends. A bonding material is placed in contact with the first and/or second portions, arranged in lines extending in a direction between the first and second ends. The lines are spaced from each other in a second direction extending between the side ends. The main body piece is folded so that the first portion confronts the second portion, defining a fold line, where the bonding material is positioned between the first and second portions. The folded main body piece is then heat pressed and bent so the side ends are connected together to form a band having a tubular body defining a central passage.

摘要： A process and method for recycling carpet is disclosed. The process and method involves the liberation and separation of desirable carpet face fibers from the carpet backing materials. The present invention eliminates face fiber shearing. In the present process, the secondary layer of the carpet backing is removed either manually or mechanically. Then, the bottom of the primary backing layer of the carpet with the bottom of the face fiber “U's” exposed, is mechanically grip-abraded by a rubber material. The grip-abrasion of the rubber or rubber-like material across the bottom of the primary carpet backing layer loosens the glue and grips and pulls the face fiber from the primary backing without destructing primary or secondary backing. The liberation and separation of face fibers from the backing materials using this method produces the highest yield of usable materials compared to any other method. It not only separates the entire face fiber for recycling, but it also allows the backing material to be recycled since it is not contaminated with face fibers.
