摘要： It is described a method of laying a pipeline (1) on a seafloor (2), wherein the method comprises the steps of: —bringing the pipeline to an offshore location using a vessel, —laying the pipeline on the seafloor using the vessel, —defining a first zone (10) surrounding at least a first part length (1′) of the pipeline when laid subsea, wherein the first part length is uncovered, —defining a second zone (20) extending from the first zone, —monitoring the second zone for vessels approaching the first zone, —analysing vessels detected during said monitoring of the second zone, for the purpose of determining whether the vessels can cause harm to the first part length of the pipeline, —for each vessel monitored in the second zone and considered to be able to cause harm to the first part length of the pipeline, informing the vessel about the first zone and/or requesting the vessel not to enter into the first zone.

摘要： A method for deployment of discrete lengths of flexible jumper pipes for installation subsea is provided, comprising coupling the jumper pipes together end-to-end thus forming a flexible train of jumper pipes, and winding the train of jumper pipes on a drum suitable for transport to a deployment site by a pipe-laying vessel. On site, the train of jumper pipes is unreeled from the drum until the first jumper pipe is lowered into the sea, then the drum is halted and the trailing end of the first jumper pipe is detached from the leading end of the second jumper pipe in the train of jumper pipes. The trailing end of the first jumper pipe is shifted to a lowering wire, and the first jumper pipe is lowered to the sea bottom. The process is repeated until the discrete lengths of flexible jumper pipes are individually lowered into the sea.

摘要： A bend stiffener is operable to be installed on site in a collapsed state and expanded upon installation to provide increased coverage of a tubing string to be reinforced by the bend stiffener. The bend stiffener is expandable upon the tripping of tubing through the bend stiffener. The bend stiffener includes a flexible sleeve having an outer flange at an upper end and sized to receive the tubing. The bend stiffener also includes an intermediary sleeve and an external sleeve. The intermediary sleeve has a cylindrical body and an internal flange for engaging and supporting the outer flange of the flexible sleeve. Similarly, the external sleeve has an internal flange for supporting an external flange of the intermediary sleeve. When installed, the flexible sleeve slides from the intermediary sleeve and the intermediary sleeve slides from the external sleeve so that each sleeve encloses and reinforces a segment of tubing.

摘要： A pipeline including an accessory such as a flowline end termination or an in-line tee is lowered to the seabed and a mudmat foundation is subsequently lowered toward the seabed for subsea docking with the accessory to provide a permanent foundation support for the accessory. Once docked and with a mudmat of the foundation landed on the seabed, weight loads of the accessory structure and the attached pipe are transferred to the mudmat to provide a permanent foundation for the accessory structure. Before and during installation of the mudmat foundation, the pipe may be allowed to become embedded in the seabed. Temporary interim support such as buoyancy may be provided to the accessory to limit embedment into the seabed.

摘要： A method of sealing an annulus of an electrically trace-heated pipe-in-pipe structure including introducing a flowable filler material to mould a sealing mass in situ is disclosed. The sealing mass closes a restriction at which the annulus is narrowed radially and embeds at least one heating element that extends generally longitudinally through the restriction. The structure includes an inner ring spaced within an outer ring to define the annulus between the rings. The annulus is narrowed radially by one or more projections that extend radially into the annulus from at least one of the rings toward the other of said rings. The restriction may include multiple bores, each of which may contain a sealing mass around a respective heating element in the bore.

摘要： Disclosed are apparatus, systems and methods for reducing displacement of a subsea conduit such as offshore hydrocarbon production pipeline, also referred to as pipeline walking or buckling, thus reducing the need for expensive pipeline anchoring or other mitigation solutions. A movement resistor adapted to be installed on a subsea conduit is provided having an inner portion adapted to receive and securely attach to a subsea conduit and at least one resistor portion adapted to resist induced forces. The at least one resistor portion includes a spring element therein. At least one movement resistor can be installed along the length of a subsea conduit.
