    • A system includes a first circulator, a second circulator connected to the first circulator and a load, a third circulator connected to the second circulator, and a filter connected between the first and third circulators. The filter modifies the phase and amplitude of a first signal from the first circulator to produce a modified first signal. The modified first signal amplitude may be equal to the amplitude of a second signal from the second circulator. The phase of the modified first signal is about 180 degrees out of phase with the second signal phase. The third circulator circulates the modified first signal towards the second circulator. The first signal comprises a coupled signal from the first circulator. The second signal comprises a signal reflected from the load and a coupled signal from the second circulator. The filter may be a passive network having lumped, distributed, and resistive elements.

    • A magnetic rotor 2 includes a soft ferrite substrate 4 and a plurality of central conductors 31-33. The magnetic rotor 2 is provided inside a casing 9. A coupling portion 901 is formed in a direction crossing a magnetic circuit of the yoke. The casing 9 is coupled in a direction of the magnetic circuit through the coupling portion 901. The coupling portion 901 includes a capacitance element which has high impedance in response to a DC current and has low impedance in response to a high frequency current.

    • An above resonance circulator/isolator and method for manufacturing the same is described. In one implementation, the above resonance circulator/isolator includes a magnet, a spacer, a single ferrite element, a center conductor and a pole piece. The center conductor is sandwiched between the magnet and the single ferrite element with the spacer interposed between the magnet and the center conductor. The pole piece is coupled to the single ferrite element, such that the single ferrite element is sandwiched between the center conductor and the pole piece. Magnetic shielding is not necessary in particular implementations.

    • A radio frequency signal output module having a power amplifier and an isolator element is provided in which a radio-frequency output stage can be largely reduced in size and thickness. The radio frequency signal output module comprises a dielectric multilayer substrate; a radio-frequency power amplifier circuit; an isolator element; an impedance matching circuit which is inserted and connected between the radio-frequency power amplifier circuit and the isolator element; and a feedback loop for controlling the gain of the radio-frequency power amplifier circuit. The radio-frequency power amplifier circuit, the isolator element, the impedance matching circuit, and the feedback loop are integrally mounted on the dielectric multilayer substrate, and the feedback loop is branched from the impedance matching circuit, and connected to the radio-frequency power amplifier circuit.
