PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ink a plate with printing ink from which aggregates are eliminated.
SOLUTION: An ink scraping-cum-filling blade 12 and an ink scraping-cum-return blade 11 are provided on the upper side of a travel position of a plate table 4 traveling on a guide rail 2 so that both blades can be driven to be moved up and down independently from a position separated from the surface of the plate 3 held on the plate table 4 into an abutting position by individual lifting actuators 15, 14. Further, a controller for controlling the movement of the plate table 4 and lifting of the respective blades 12, 11 is provided to form an inking apparatus I with an aggregate-breaking function. The blades 12, 11 are relatively slid alternately in contact with the plate 3 while reciprocating the plate table 4 holding the plate 3. Consequently, after performing sufficient aggregate-breaking treatment of paste 17 used as the printing ink supplied onto the plate 3, the plate is filled with the printing ink subjected to aggregate-breaking treatment, by the ink scraping-cum-filling blade 12.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an inconvenience of an ink adhering to a doctor blade and to improve stability by covering the blade with a dry preventive sheath-like member of the adhered ink, filling the ink in an intaglio when intaglio printed, and then providing a means for covering the blade with the member until it is next filled. SOLUTION: The apparatus for preventing drying of an ink of a doctor blade comprises a preservation sheath 1 for preventing drying of the ink 2 adhered to the blade 3 supported by a holder 4, and a means for covering an intaglio with the ink after filling the ink in the intaglio by the blade 3 in the case of intaglio printing. According to this, in the case of the intaglio printing, the ink is filled in the intaglio by the blade 3, and then drying of the ink 2 adhered to the blade is prevented in line until the ink is then filled in the intaglio.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disadvantage due to volatilization of an ink solvent and further to improve the efficiency of use of ink. SOLUTION: On the occasion when doctoring is conducted by a doctor blade 4 to fill ink in an intaglio 8, while the ink is supplied from a slit-shaped opening 5 for supplying the ink, the slit-shaped opening 5 is opened only when the ink is supplied. Moreover, retraction of the ink is executed after the ink is filled. Besides, a supply plate 1 is provided rotatably so that it is opposed, with a space between, to the face of the doctor blade 4 on the side in the direction of advance in relation to the intaglio 8 to be subjected to the doctoring.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method and equipment for offset printing which enable consecutive printing without interruption of a printing operation by cleaning of an intaglio. SOLUTION: Ink is supplied to an intaglio 201 and surplus ink is scraped off by a doctor blade 204. Then, an ink pattern on the intaglio 201 is received by a blanket 205 and then transferred therefrom onto a matter to be printed so as to execute printing. In a method and equipment for offset printing stated above, an ink solvent 207 is supplied to the ink remaining in the intaglio 201 in the course of time from the reception of the ink on the intaglio 201 by the blanket 205 to supply of ink to the intaglio 201 for subsequent printing. The remaining ink is thereby dissolved and it is mixed with the ink supplied to the intaglio for subsequent printing, so as to be reused.
