In the present invention, a shaft member that share a first axis as the central axis is also of the pierce punch and burring punch is installed to be movable along the first axis, first, using the pierce punch, the first wall and the second wall for a portion, respectively, after the formation of the prepared hole to share the first axis as the central axis, to the first wall and the second wall portion, respectively, using the burring punch, about said first axis to form a hole to burring processing to share the axis.
