摘要： An apparatus and method for regenerating spent ion exchange resin and recovering regenerant fluid is described. A regeneration system has a regeneration vat, a regeneration solution tank, a regenerant recovery tank, a chemical dispenser, a solids separator, a pH adjuster and a pump. The regeneration vat holds the spent resin and is connected to the regeneration solution tank to allow transfer of regenerant solution into the regeneration vat. Spent regenerant fluid travels to the regenerant recovery tank, where it is treated with chemicals provided from the chemical dispenser. The solids separator receives the treated regenerant liquid and separates precipitate flocs from the treated regenerant liquid. The concentration of chloride ions in the separated regenerant solution can be adjusted by the pH adjuster to form fresh regenerant solution. The pump pumps the fresh regenerant solution to the regenerant solution tank to regenerate additional spent cation exchange resin.

摘要： Provided is an apparatus for recovering amines from amine-containing waste water generated in power stations, etc., and regenerating a cation exchange resin. The apparatus includes: a cation exchange resin layer capturing amines from amine-containing waste water and eluting the amines therefrom; a degassing tower degassing the eluted amines; a vacuum pump connected to the degassing tower; and a condensation and cooling tower condensing the degassed amines at a temperature of −33° C. or lower, wherein the amines captured in the cation exchange resin layer are eluted by injecting a strong acidic solution, while the resin is regenerated, and the amines eluted by the strong acidic solution is subjected to vacuum degassing and then recovered. Provided also is a method for recovering amines and regenerating a cation exchange resin using the apparatus. The apparatus and method for recovering amines and regenerating a cation exchange resin improve the quality of effluent water from power stations, etc., and increase the cost-efficiency through the recycle of amines.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an apparatus and method of producing regenerative water. The apparatus includes a main body, a basket, a regenerative substance block and an on/off valve. The main body has a water inlet port through which raw water is supplied into the main body, a water outlet port through which regenerative water is discharged out of the main body, and a drain port which drains an excess of raw water or regenerative water. The basket is provided in the main body. The regenerative substance block is contained in the basket and dissolved by the raw water. The on/off valve is provided on the water outlet port. The raw water dissolves the regenerative substance block for a predetermined duration. When the on/off valve is opened, the produced regenerative water is supplied through the water outlet port into a soft water tank.
