    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically filling a bottle cap with an inspection device and a filling method thereof are provided to improve productivity by reducing manufacturing process with a single inspection device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically filling a bottle cap with an inspection device(100) comprises a first feeding unit(110), a beverage solution injecting part(120), a second feeding unit(130), a coupling unit(140), a transferring unit, a vision inspecting part(160), and a control part(170). The first feeding unit feeds an inner cap to a transferring carrier(101) to mount the inner cap on a fixing groove(102) of the transferring carrier. The beverage solution injecting part injects beverage solution to a beverage solution accommodating part arranged in the inner cap. The second feeding unit feeds an outer cap to the transferring carrier to pre-couple the inner cap and the outer cap. The coupling unit presses while rotating the inner cap and the outer cap in order to thread-couple the inner cap and the outer cap to form a bottle cap. The transferring unit successively moves the transferring carrier on a transferring conveyor belt. The vision inspecting part inspects the exterior of the bottle cap to determine whether the quality is accepted or not.
