摘要： A heald shaft for weaving machine has a shaft rod (3) which is formed of a one-piece light-metal profile and two stiffening bodies (24, 25) glued to the shaft rod (3). The stiffening bodies bridge the entire width of the shaft rod (3), wherein the width is measured between the side walls (11, 12). The chambers 14, 16 for receiving the stiffening bodies (24, 25) each have at least one open side through which the stiffening body is visible from the outside and through which it may be introduced into the respective chamber (14, 16). This construction facilitates manufacture. Further, a rigidity in the working direction, as well as a good rigidity transversely thereto is achieved.

摘要： A cross-piece for heddle frames of weaving looms includes an aluminum outer portion (1) with a box-like structure and a thin, solid, steel inner portion (2) to which a heddle support rail (8) is fixed. The outer portion (1) comprises a cavity (5) for housing a connecting end of the inner portion (2) which is separate and distinct therefrom and the two portions (1, 2) are fixed together in position by two profiled strips (3, 4) of plastic material which are respectively resilient and rigid and are arranged on either side of the connecting end of the inner portion (2). The rigid profiled strip (4) is suitable for snap-engagement with a boss (7) provided inside the cavity (5) of the outer portion (1), allowing a stable and rigid connection between the portions (1, 2).

A detachable connection is provided between each of the extremities of the beams (2) and the side of the cross beams (1) adjoining these extremities, including at least one screw (3,4) which extends in the extremity of the beams (2) through a connecting-piece (5) which is mounted in such a manner on this cross beam (1) that, on the one hand, substantially no stresses are transferred between the connecting-piece and the cross beams when tightening the screw (3,4) and when moving the harness frame and that, on the other hand, the beam (2) and the cross beam (1) are pulled towards each other by means of the connecting-piece (5). A solid connection is thus formed between the beam (2) and the cross beam (1) upon tightening of the screw (3).
