A cooling device management system (100) is connected to a cooling device (10) and is provided with transmission sections (25e, 35), reception sections (25a, 35), coolant leakage detection schedule setting sections (23, 33), schedule executing sections (25b, 35), and display sections (22, 32). The cooling device has a function of carrying out coolant leakage detection driving. The coolant leakage detection driving is driving for detecting leaks of coolant in a coolant circuit to the outside. The transmission section transmits instructions to the cooling device. The reception section receives information from the cooling device. The coolant leakage detection schedule setting section receives inputting of settings for a coolant leakage detection schedule. The coolant leakage detection schedule is a schedule for carrying out the coolant leakage detection driving in the cooling device. The schedule executing section transmits instructions to carry out the coolant leakage detection driving from the transmission section to the cooling device based on the coolant leakage detection schedule which is received using the coolant leakage detection schedule setting section. The display section outputs the results of the coolant leakage detection driving.

      SOLUTION: In this refrigerating device comprising a circulation refrigerant circuit constituted by successively connecting a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a liquid receiver 3, a solenoid valve 5, the electric expansion valve 6 and an evaporator 7, and performing the pump-down operation for storing the refrigerant in the liquid receiver 3 by closing the electric expansion valve 6 when an inside temperature reaches a target temperature, and operating the compressor 1 until a pressure at an input side of the compressor 1 reaches a set value or less, the solenoid valve 5 is disposed on the former stage of the electric expansion valve 6, valve leakage detecting means 21-25 are disposed to detect the leakage of the electric expansion valve 6, and the solenoid valve 5 at the upstream of the electric expansion valve 6 is closed in the pump-down operation, when the valve leakage detecting means 21-25 detect the leakage of the electric expansion valve 6.
