摘要： A car battery post fixing structure for installation on a car battery post structure enables facilitating connection with terminals of a car electrical system. The invention includes a fixing cap and a cap nut, wherein a screw thread is configured on an outside wall of the fixing cap, which allows the cap nut to screw down thereon. Furthermore, a screw thread is in an inverse direction to that of the screw thread of the outside wall, is configured on an inside wall of the fixing cap, moreover, a plurality of grooves are defined on a side edge of an opening of a bottom portion of the fixing cap. An extended screw is configured on a top portion of the fixing cap, and when installing, rigid tightening of the fixing cap onto a battery post is realized, which not only achieves convenience in installing, moreover, provides greater safety.

摘要： An adapter has a cylindrical body which is screwed onto a battery post, and a flange portion formed on a top portion of the cylindrical body to be clamped by a screwing tool. A terminal body includes a substantially U-shaped adaptor fitting portion which accommodates the adapter therein, and a seat portion on which an electric wire terminal is fixed. A lever includes a cam portion and is supported on the terminal body so as to be pivotable between a first position and a second position. A space in which the flange portion is capable of passing through is secured inside of the adaptor fitting portion when the lever is in the first position. The cam portion is abutted against an outer periphery of the cylindrical body of the adaptor so that the adaptor is retained between the cam portion and an inner face of the adaptor fitting portion, when the lever is in the second position. The flange portion of the adaptor is engaged with a top end face of the adapter fitting portion of the terminal body.

In the case of a correct correspondence of the electrodes (11a, 11b) and the terminals (15a, 15b), the identification pieces (19a, 19b) fit into the recesses (14a, 14b, 23a, 23b), enabling assembling of the terminals (15a, 15b) with the electrodes (11a, 11b). In the case of an incorrect correspondence, the identification pieces (19a, 19b) cannot be fitted into the recesses (14a, 14b, 23a, 23b) and interfere with the upper surface of the battery (B), making assembling impossible.

摘要： A fused battery terminal has a stamped and formed terminal member an insulative housing integrally molded over power supply line connection bolts, and a battery post mounting member attached to the terminal member. The terminal member is rigidly attached to the insulative support member thereby providing a safe and rigid support for a fuse link which is integral with the terminal member. Power supply lines can thus be clamped against connection platforms of the terminal member by the bolt and are thus directly connected to the battery post via the fuse link. Safety and reliability of the fuse connection between the battery and power supply line are thus enhanced due to the integral forming of the fuse line onto the battery post connection section.
