摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title sheet so designed that a polymeric water- absorptive agent is put between moisture conditioning agent-carried sheet-like water-permeable materials and one or both of the surfaces is (are) covered with water-permeable film, thereby making a moisture conditioning of a packaged meat while removing the moisture contained therein to enable short-term aging or long-term storage thereof. CONSTITUTION:A polymeric water-absorptive agent 2 (e.g., sodium polyacrylate crosslinked product) is put between sheet-like water-permeable materials 1 (e.g., paper, pulp, nonwoven fabric) carried with a moisture conditioning agent (pref. glycerin), and at least one surface of the resultant laminate is covered with a water-permeable film 4 (e.g., water-permeable propylene nonwoven fabric), thus obtaining the objective sheet foe edible meat.

摘要： PURPOSE:A suction pipe of specific structure is provided in the deaerator containing pickle solution, whereby bubbles are removed from the recovered pickle solution, thus permitting the reuse. CONSTITUTION:Pressure-redicing mechanism 6 is operated to make the inside of tank 1 negative pressure and pickle solution is sent into the tank. At this time, the solution level is kept lower than water separator 9 fitted on the top of the standing of suction pipe 7. Circulation mechanism 12 is operated to circulate the pickle solution, which is cooled with the coolant supplied to jacket 17 and kept at about 5 deg.C. Outlet on the bottom of the tank is connected to an injectors and the pickle solution is injected into lumps of ham and at the same time the connecting pipe of suction pipe 8 is connected with the recovering part of the injector to recover the leaking pickle solution. The recovered solution is spread into thin films by the upper disk 11 and lower annular plate 10 of the water separator and the bubbles included is surely separated.
