摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for peeling the astringent coat of chestnut, with which the astringent coat of raw chestnut is peeled. SOLUTION: Rubbing bar bodies 7 and 7a made by winding strings on core plates 1 are made to face both upper oblique sides of a rubbing bar body 3 formed by winding strings 2 on a core plate 1 to form a rubbing and polishing groove 8. The rubbing bar bodies 3, 7, and 7a are slantingly fitted through adjustment apparatuses 4, 9, and 9a to a supporting plate 5 of a base plate 10 to constitute a rubbing and polishing body 11. Similarly rubbing bar bodies 7b and 7c formed by winding strings on core plates are made to face both upper oblique sides of a rubbing bar body 3a formed by winding strings 2a on a core plate 1a to form a rubbing and polishing groove 8a. The rubbing bar bodies 3a, 7, and 7c are slantingly provided through adjustment apparatuses 4a, 9b, and 9c on a reciprocating plate 12 to constitute a rubbing and polishing body 13. The body 13 is piled on the rubbing and polishing body 11 while crossing the surface parts of the grooves 8 and 8a and facing each other so as to reciprocate the rubbing and polishing body 13.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a peeling device for vegetables that peels off the skin of potatoes with distorted shapes well and can peel off completely the skin on the dented part with a sprout by mounting a plurality of brushes on a rotating plate. CONSTITUTION:On the upper plane of a rotating plate 9, a plurality of brushes 10 are fixed, and to the center of the rear of the plate a boss 11 is installed. The rotating plate 9 can freely revolve within the vessel 3 by engaging the boss 11 to the rotating axis 4 of a motor 1 in such a fashion that it can be freely mounted and dismounted. On the rotating plate 9 such vegetables as potatoes are placed and a lid is covered on them from above. The motor 1 is energized to revolve the rotating plate 9 at high speed. Thus potatoes turn over the rotating plate 9 with their skin peeled off with the brushes 10 with a friction. As the brushes 10 are elastic and transforms along the potatoes and therefore it can touch the surface of potatoes. In the case of potatoes with a distorted shape or having a dented portion, the brush can enter into recessed part of potatoes, touching their surfaces. Consequently the skin can be well peeled off, thus reducing the waste of materials.
