SOLUTION: A device comprises a long-scaled handle body 1 and a blade body 2 fixed to a tip end part of this handle body 1, at least a tip wend side of one side edge 2b of the blade body 2 is curved outward, from the curved point P1 of one side edge 2b over to a root P2, by continuously forming a corrugated blade part 6, while gripping the long-scaled handle body 1, the blade body 2 is made to dive in the underwater, of the corrugated blade part 6 continuously formed in the one side edge 2b, particularly a curved shape in a tip end part thereof is positively utilized, when a rope and seaweed entangled in a screw are cut, by a worker, even without diving in the water by taking a dangerous risk, the concerned rope and seaweed can be very easily and safely removed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sample water collected in an inner cylinder from being mixed with an open sea water because of a change of a pressure of the open sea water and a change of a depth, by fitting a rubber pressure-uniforming device to the inner cylinder and connecting the inner cylinder at all times with the open sea water via a hole of the pressure-uniforming device. SOLUTION: When a cover 23 of a selector 5 is pressed to a water collection cell 4, a lid 8 is pressed down and consequently an outer seal lid 15a is pressed down by a rod 8a projecting at a central part of the lid 8. As a result, an outer seal 16a is separated from a conical inner face 12a, thereby forming a flow path to collect water. When the lid 8 is further pressed down, an inner cylinder 12 is pressed via an outer seal spring 10a and an inner seal 16b is separated from a conical inner face 12b, so that a flow path is formed in the cell 4. The water is collected in the cell 4 while the open sea water is circulated and supplied to the cell 4. Therefore, power efficiency when the water is collected is enhanced. Although a pressure of the open sea water is changed because of a change of a depth of a submarine ship, the pressure of the open sea water is transmitted to a rubber pressure-uniforming device 14 via holes 11c, 12c formed in an outer cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 12, and accordingly a pressure in the inner cylinder is maintained uniform.
