摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of troublesome programming operation by memorizing an output of a hardness meter, kind of a valve mechanism and kind of opening and closing operation by manual operation and performing the memorized opening and closing operation of the valve mechanism when the memorized output value of the hardness meter and a sensed value coincide by automatic operation. CONSTITUTION:Manual operation is initially performed to incorporate and memorize an output of a hardness meter 8, the kind of a sugar liquid valve 4 and a watering valve 5 and kind of opening and closing operation in a controller 9 at the time of opening and closing operation of the valves 4 and 5 to which limit switches 10 and 11 output an opening and closing signal. Thereby, inputting and setting of a program for the whole process are carried out and the process is transferred to automatic operation. When the sensed value of the hardness meter 8 coincides with an output value of the hardness meter 8 memorized in the controller 9, the valves 4 and 5 are subjected to opening and closing operation based on opening and closing data of the valves 4 and 5 simultaneously memorized in the controller 9. As a result, the automatic operation of the same valve operation as that of the manual operation can be readily carried out without a need for performing troublesome programming operation as opposed to a conventional method.

摘要： A process is proposed for recovery of water in the sugar cane processing in production mills of sugar and alcohol or only alcohol (ethanol). In the process, the thermal energy available in the exhausted steam from the electric energy generation turbines is transferred to the different mixed juice processing phases, with the reuse of the exhausted steam condensates in the boilers and of the other condensates, after using thermal energy, for imbibition, in the juice extraction phase, for cooling in the process, after passing through cooling towers, for other industrial uses and for possible treatment or use in the irrigation out of the productive system in the mill.
