    • The present invention pertains to the field of energy generation and relates to a valve that comprises an additional body in the shape of a glass which is rigidly connected to the body of the gas lighter and inside which a valve body is rigidly connected to the body of the gas lighter. A lid in the shape of a glass is arranged in the cavity of the additional body and is spring-loaded relative to said body so that the wall of the glass interacts through the lid seal with the end surface of the wall of the valve body. A rod is provided in the area of the end surface of the valve body wall and said rod is formed with a radial annular protrusion for receiving the seal. The spring of the rod is arranged between the annular ledge of the rod and the radial annular protrusion so as to press the seal against the surface of said radial annular protrusion.

    • The valve assembly (8) comprises a tubular rigid body (20) that can be arranged in the upper wall of a lighter gas reservoir and a hollow rod (35) extending along a central axis from a lower end located within said tubular body to an upper end located outside the tubular body. A retaining member (R), on which the upper end of the tubular body is crimped, surrounds a cylindrical portion of the hollow rod. Movement of the hollow rod through the retaining member from a closed position to an opened position enables gas to flow from a lower hole of the valve assembly to the upper end of the hollow rod. The retaining member (R) made of synthetic resin has an annular shape with a slit that can be circumferentially expanded. This member has a reduced thickness at a contact area with crimped portion of the tubular body.

    • A no-regulation flow restrictor for a gas valve of lighter and a dedicated processing mould are disclosed. Said no-regulation flow restrictor includes a gas filter film (1) and a seal gasket (2) adhered to one side or two sides of the gas filter film (1). The seal gasket (2) is made of resilient microporous material permeable to air. It features that the gas filter film (1) and the seal gasket (2) are fused integrally together in their edges, and the seal gasket (2) has the same material as the gas filter film (1) or has material fused with the gas filter film (1). The dedicated processing mould includes a concave mould assembly with a punching-shear cavity (7) and an upper mould assembly with a punch head (9). The punch head (9) is larger than the punching-shear cavity (7) in section, and its front end surface is smaller than the section of the punching-shear cavity. The front end surface and side surface of the punch head (9) is transiting from an inclined surface or a cambered surface, where the section is the same as the punching-shear cavity in shape. A resilient layer (11) is provided at the end of the punch head (9), and via the resilient layer (11) a mould pressure is applied on the punch head (9).
