SOLUTION: After setting a label roll 5 on a winding shaft 4, when rotating a motor 6 in the rolling-out direction A of a label belt 5A, the label belt 5A is hung down while keeping a winding habit. When the tip reaches a bottom part of a transparent box 2, the label belt 5A is gradually stacked and overlapped while curving according to the winding habit. When a rolling-out quantity of the label belt 5A reaches a prescribed value, the motor 6 reversely operates to rotate the label roll 5 in the inverse direction B to wind the lable belt 5A in the transparent box 2. When wholly winding the label belt 5A, a sensor detects a winding diameter to reversely reoperate the motor 6 to thereby continuously and displaceably move the label belt 5A to improve a propaganda effect.
