    • A sweep core die device for a throttle body, or other part, has a cover insert and an ej insert that engage leaving voids therein, a ram component entering the voids, and cores connected to the ram component by ball joints and other components for simultaneous movement in several axes within the voids. The cores are mirror image and connect to one end of a mount. The other end of the mount pivotally connects to the ej insert. A shaft pivotally connects to each mount and to a clamp outwardly from the inserts. The clamp moves relative to the two inserts, moves the shafts, and thus rotates the cores inwardly and outwardly through the voids. The cores have the internal shape of the passage through each horn of a finished throttle body or other part. The cores produce passages so fuel attains laminar flow within the part.

    • The present invention relates to plastic injection molding tool, having a front and a rear tool half which, in the closed state, delimit a hollow molding chamber between them. The rear tool half has at least one ejector and at least one oblique slide. The ejector is constituted by at least one front part, designed as a driver, of the rear tool half. It can be displaced to a limited extent by a linear drive mechanism, which is supported on another portion of this tool half or on the base thereof. It is furthermore connected on its rear via a transverse guide element, extending at a defined angle in regard to the movement direction of the linear drive mechanism, with the oblique slide, which is guided by an oblique guide element on a part of the rear tool half which is fastened on the base.

    • A radiator core support structure for a vehicle including a radiator core support upper section extending generally along a direction of width of the vehicle. A radiator core support lower section is provided extending generally along the direction of width of the vehicle and located below the radiator core support upper section. Here, the radiator core support upper section and/or lower section are formed of metal and has an open loop-shaped cross-section which is opened rearward to form a channel. A hood lock stay is provided extending generally vertical, to connect the generally central parts of the radiator core support upper and lower sections. The hood lock stay is formed of synthetic resin and molded in a metallic mold in which the radiator core support upper section and/or lower section are located. A plurality of reinforcement ribs are formed of the synthetic resin and fixedly disposed inside the channel of the radiator core support upper section and/or lower section. The reinforcement ribs continuously extend in a longitudinal direction of the radiator core support upper section and/or lower section. Each reinforcement rib extends to fixedly connect an upper wall and a lower wall of the radiator core support upper section and/or lower section. Additionally, a struck portion is integrally formed at a part of each reinforcement rib and to be struck by an ejector pin for extracting the radiator core support structure from the metallic mold.
