摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reverse rotation of an insertion portion, the removal of a plug from a receptacle, and unnecessary connection releasing of a cable while enabling the attaching/detaching of the cable; and to improve reliability.SOLUTION: A connector for an earphone includes: a columnar insertion portion; a plug equipped with a lock claw portion projecting out from a side surface of the insertion portion; a fitting recessed portion for storing at least a front end portion of the insertion portion; and a receptacle formed on a fitting surface, and equipped with an insertion opening communicating with the fitting recessed portion. The insertion opening includes a cylindrical portion through which the insertion portion passes, and a recessed portion through which the lock claw portion passes. In the fitting recessed portion, a spring member abutting on the lock claw portion is arranged. The insertion portion is inserted in the insertion opening, and the lock claw portion passes through the recessed portion to be stored in the fitting recessed portion. Then, if the insertion portion is rotated, a moment for further rotating the insertion portion acts on the lock claw portion, by the spring force of the spring member.

At least one of the fixing pieces is connected to a pad arranged in the substrate while the heat transmission acceleration members energize the underside of the card housed in the card housing space upward and press the top face of the card to the top plate part so as to accelerate the heat transmission from the card through the cover member to the pad.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control module having connectors with compliant pin terminals for connection to a printed circuit board (PCB).SOLUTION: A module housing 12 is made of die-cast metal in order to withstand harsh environments, and has at least one open bay area 14, 16, or 18 for receiving a connector 20, 22, or 24 having a compliant pin contact for connecting the module to a PCB. Multiple compliant pin terminals have push shoulders, the push shoulders having an engagement surface for inserting the terminals into a connector housing through a path. The push shoulders position the connector with respect to the die-cast housing in attaching the connector to the die-cast housing, and transfer a force away from the connector housing applied to connect the PCB with compliant pin tips to the connector. The connector has a three-pronged compliant pin grounding terminal to increase a current flow.
