摘要： A method of separating a gas according to the PSA method by removing an easily adsorbable gas by adsorption from a raw material gas consisting of the easily adsorbable gas and a difficultly adsorbable gas in an adsorbent bed and separating the difficultly adsorbable gas as a product, wherein use is made of a gas separator equipped with a dehumidifier bed on the raw material gas supply side of the adsorbent bed and with a heater between the adsorbent bed and the dehumidifier bed or inside the dehumidifier bed, and which comprises heating the raw material gas passing through the dehumidifier bed and flowing into the adsorbent bed at the time of adsorption so as to heat a low-temperature portion occuring at the raw material gas inflow portion of the adsorbent bed, and heating the adsorption gas passing through the adsorbent bed and flowing into the dehumidifier bed at the time of desorption. The invention method can improve the gas separation performance, can save heat energy, and can improve the moisture removing capacity and the regeneration effect of the dehumidifier. Accordingly, the packing quantity of the dehumidifier can be reduced to below 70 % of the quantity required conventionally.

摘要： A method for separating nitrogen-rich gas by a pressure swing adsorption system using an apparatus comprising a plurality of adsorption tanks (1, 2), an equalizing tank (3) and a product storage tank (4), the method comprising the steps of: (a) allowing a predetermined amount of highly pure nitrogen gas from the equalizing tank (3) to flow to an outlet side of the adsorption tank (2) which is in a regenerating process; (b) establishing a communication between outlet sides of the two adsorption tanks (1, 2) with an equalizing pipeline while opening inlet sides of the two adsorption tanks (1, 2) under normal pressure; and (c) following the step (b), causing a certain amount of the highly pure nitrogen gas in the equalizing tank (3) to flow in a reverse direction via the outlet side of the adsorption tank (2) which is going to shift from the regenerating process to an adsorption one while supplying material gas via the inlet side thereof.

摘要： A method for removing carbon dioxide from mixed gas containing methane and carbon dioxide by using a plurality of adsorption tanks filled with CMS through the PSA method. The PSA method includes at least adsorption, desorption and pressurizing steps. The method of the invention is characterized in that an initial stage of the desorption step is a recycling stage in which 20 to 40 % of the whole desorbed gas is recycled to material gas. The pressure in the adsorption step is preferably set to 5 kg/cm G or higher to less than 10 kg/cm G, and the final pressure in the desorption step is preferably set to 100 Torr to 20 Torr. The invention method is preferably incorporated in an alternative natural gas generating process.
