摘要： [Object] To provide a building material capable of solving the problem of peeling-off, turning-up, and displacement of a protective sheet from a coating during storage, transport, and construction and capable of solving the problem of degradation of surface finishing of the coating as a result of the protective sheet being peeled off from a coating surface of the building material.[Solution] A building material 10 includes a base material 1 having a design surface on a surface thereof, a coating 2 that is formed on the design surface and that has a surface having a 60-degree specular gloss of 80 or greater, and a protective sheet 3 affixed to the coating 2 so as to be peelable. The coating 2 has a pencil hardness of HB or higher. The adhesive force between the coating 2 and the protective sheet 3 is 2 to 8 N/20 mm.

摘要： A method of remediating a water-damaged masonry structure without removing any masonry from the building, and simultaneously providing water proofing to the structure. The method involves installing a parging coat of a reliner to the pest control wire over cleaned weep holes in masonry and to a water damaged interior portions of an installed masonry exterior wall. The reliner is cured. The method involves caulking a sill plate with gasket to a foundation of the water damaged masonry structure with a silicon sealant after installing the reliner. Next each wag panel is connected to the water damaged studs forming a continuous seamless structure in the remediated structure that prevents water incursion into the structure after remediation of at least 95% and without removing the masonry.

摘要： A wall panel may have a layer made from magnesium oxide, a first insulation layer made from a two-part rigid urethane pour foam, and a second insulation layer made from a phase change material. The first insulation layer maybe chemically bonded to the magnesium oxide layer and may also be bonded to the phase change layer. The first insulation layer may be positioned between the second insulation layer and the magnesium oxide layer. The magnesium oxide layer may be a finished surface or a veneer layer may be applied to the magnesium oxide layer.

摘要： A wall panel may have a veneer layer, a middle layer made from magnesium oxide and an insulation layer made from a two-part rigid urethane pour foam. The insulation layer maybe chemically bonded to the middle layer. The veneer layer may include a poured substrate made from polyurethane or plastic. The veneer layer may further include aesthetic elements embedded in and bonded to the poured substrate. The aesthetic elements may include one or more of brick, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, natural stone, engineered stone, wood, ceramic, plastic, or vinyl. A finished surface of the aesthetic elements may extend above a top surface of the poured substrate. The poured substrate may include sand causing the top surface of the poured substrate to have an appearance of mortar.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of strengthening existing structures containing the following steps. An existing structure made of concrete, steel, timber, masonry to be reinforced and a reinforcing sheet are provided, where the reinforcing sheet contains an alternating arrangement of reinforcement zones and slitting zones. The reinforcement zones contain unidirectional strengthening fibers in the warp direction of the reinforcement sheet and the slitting zones have an absence of strengthening fibers. The reinforcement sheet is slit through the slitting zones and the reinforcement zones are adhered to the existing structure.

The use of such coatings may yield composite sheet materials having improved surface quality, sharper edges, and greater draw angles than previously possible. Some systems for making thin-layer fiber composite materials may utilize ormosil coatings on various working surfaces of equipment coming into contact with the fiber and resin mixture, such as surfaces of machinery for mixing or conveying the mixture to the dies.

摘要： An insulation element for thermal and/or acoustic insulation of a flat roof or a flat inclined roof comprises a first layer made of mineral fibers, and a second layer made of at least one fabric, whereby the second layer is fixed to a major surface of the first layer by an adhesive. To reduce the adhesive costs and the risk of blistering the roof membrane at the application stage, the second layer is impregnated with a filler. The second layer in combination with the filler has a permeability allowing hot air gases to pass through the second layer and closing the second layer for the penetration of a glue or adhesive in the direction to the first layer.
