摘要： A utility shoulder belt (10) configured to be slung over a user's shoulder and across a user's chest includes an elongate strap (12) with a first end and a second end (18) configured to be coupled to each other. The strap (12) has an interior surface (59) to be placed against the user and an exterior surface (57) opposite the interior surface. A support frame assembly (14) is attached to the strap (12) and outwardly extends from the exterior surface (57) of the strap, and a pocket assembly (16) is disposed between the strap and the support frame assembly.

摘要： The invention discloses a battery connection device comprising a connection block positioned at an electrode end of a battery; the connection block is provided with a series connection mechanism at both ends respectively, and with a parallel connection mechanism at all sides respectively; the series connection mechanism is provided inside with a conductive slice electrically connected with the electrode end of the battery; the conductive slice is further led out to a fitting face of the parallel connection mechanism; and thus the conductive slices on the two connection blocks are electrically connected when the two batteries respectively fitted with the connection block are parallel. The invention can make each unit battery connected modularly in series or parallel like a building block; the battery does not further need electrode connection by welding or battery fixing by assembling, which is convenient for operation as well as safe and reliable.

摘要： Active materials of the invention contain at least one alkali metal and at least one other metal capable of being oxidized to a higher oxidation state. Preferred other metals are accordingly selected from the group consisting of transition metals (defined as Groups 4-11 of the periodic table), as well as certain other non-transition metals such as tin, bismuth, and lead. The active materials may be synthesized in single step reactions or in multi-step reactions. In at least one of the steps of the synthesis reaction, reducing carbon is used as a starting material. In one aspect, the reducing carbon is provided by elemental carbon, preferably in particulate form such as graphites, amorphous carbon, carbon blacks and the like. In another aspect, reducing carbon may also be provided by an organic precursor material, or by a mixture of elemental carbon and organic precursor material.
