摘要： PURPOSE:A flower thinning agent for fruit trees, containing cholesterol as an active constituent, capable of giving effect of flower thinning action by chemical action of the cholesterol on the stigma, and selectively inhibiting fertilization without giving phytotoxicity to plants, nor toxicity to the human body nor causing environmental pollution, etc. CONSTITUTION:A flower thinning agent for fruit trees containing cholesterol as an active constituent and, as necessary, another cholesterol, e.g. vegetable cholesterol. Preferably, the above-mentioned cholesterol is formulated into a form of solution, wettable powder, emulsion or spray, by mixing with a carrier, and particularly applied preferably in the form of an aqueous emulsion or aque ous dispersion. The concentration of the cholesterol is 0.005-1.0wt%, preferably 0.01-0.02wt%. The above-mentioned agent is applied to the fruit trees in the flowering period and can be used for a wide range of fruit trees, e.g. pear, peach, apple, persimmon, cherry, etc. EFFECT:The range of application is wide and the agent can be applied to all the fruit trees, e.g. flowers of cultivated fruit trees, etc., and put to practical use in aspects of price.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a trapping device having a pseudo-motion means of a heat source for attracting a trapping animal such as a snake, to be placed on ground, etc., enabling the stable pseudo-motion in which an intrusion opening is fixed and only the heat source moves and accordingly having an improved trapping efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A main body 2 to be placed and set on the ground, etc., is provided with an intrusion opening 10 for a trapping animal and a trapping means 1 placed at the intrusion opening 10. Inside the main body 10, a heat-generating part 60 having a pseudo-motion means 8 and a controlling part 9 for controlling the heatgenerating part 60 are placed. The pseudo-motion means 8 makes a heat source 3, which emits heat rays such as infrared rays, to resemble a catch in the motion. The trapping means 1 is composed of e.g. a meshed covering body 12 and a shaft body 11 placed near the intrusion opening 10. The covering body 12 has a structure which cannot be pushed out to the intrusion opening 10-side so that the animal attracted by the heat source and having entered through the intrusion opening 10 cannot escape from the main body 2. The pseudo-motion means 8 is composed of e.g. a connection bar 4, a rotary shaft 7 and a motor 6, and the heat source 3 is rotated around the rotary shaft 7.
