摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant for producing liquid manure containing a pyroligneous acid liquid which is capable of making mass production of the liquid manure containing the pyroligneous acid liquid by making it possible to automatically carry out metering work, mixing work, agitating work, or the like, according to preset programs. SOLUTION: This liquid manure producing plant is constituted by combining a distilled pyroligneous acid liquid producing device 1 for refining crude pyroligneous acid liquid, a liquid manure preparing device 2 for preparing the liquid manure by mixing and/or reacting the distilled pyroligneous acid liquid and necessary fertilizer components, and a liquid manure storing and packing device 3 for storing the prepared liquid manure containing the pyroligneous acid liquid and packing the liquid manure while metering the same at need. The pyroligneous acid liquid producing device consists of a filter 4, a tank 5 for the filtered pyroligneous acid liquid, a vacuum distillation device 6 and a tank 7 for the distilled pyroligneous acid liquid. The liquid manure preparing device consists of tank groups 12 for supplying raw materials containing a tank for the pyroligneous acid liquid and tanks for acetic acid, phosphoric acid, ammonia, caustic potash and potassium silicate, a mixing and reacting chamber 13 having a stop valve 15, a measuring instrument 16, a weigher 17, an agitating device and a control section 14. The liquid manure storing and packing device 3 consists of a liquid manure storage tank 22 and a packing and metering device 23.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating garbage and burnable trash, capable of reducing generation of CO2 causing global warming and reducing final landfill. SOLUTION: The garbage (1) is subjected to a methane fermentation treatment by a methane fermentation device (1A) to recover methane (1b) and the residue of the treatment is composted by a composting device (1B) to make an organic fertilizer (1a). The burnable trash (2) other than the garbage is pyrolyzed by an external heating pyrolyzer (2A) using the methane (1b) obtained by the methane fermentation and separated from impurities (2c) such as metals, tiles and pebbles to obtain a carbonized material (2a). A part of the carbonized material is utilized as a moisture control material for composting treatment of the methane fermentation residue. The obtained organic fertilizer (1a) and the carbonized material (2a) are mixed to obtain a high-performance soil modifier (3).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite type soil-improving material capable of improving the physical and chemical characteristics of a soil into excellent one for culturing plants, capable of giving the soil having excellent fertilizer balance and excellent fertilizing efficiency and enabling the culture of plants just after the soil is applied, by adding shochu (low class distilled spirit) lee incineration ash and a nitrogen fertilizer to a mixture of perlite, peat moss and zeolite. SOLUTION: 2-10 pts.wt. of shochu lee incineration ash is added to 100 pts.wt. of a base material comprising a mixture of 40-60 vol.% of perlite, 30-50 vol.% of peat moss and 2-15 vol.% of zeolite. The mixture can change the whole soil-improving material to a weakly acidic to neutral material, and after mixed with soil, the mixture can change the acidity of the soil to a value suitable for the culture of plants, and can supply a potassium ingredient and a phosphorus ingredient necessary for the growth of the plants. Although shochu lees are now mainly dumped in the ocean, the incineration of ash of the shochu lees can prevent the pollution of ocean and is useful as a new effective utilization method for industrial wastes. 100 pts.wt. of the mixture is further mixed with 0.5-2 pts.wt. of a nitrogen fertilizer to give the objective composite type soil-improving material.
