    • An apparatus for controlling a flow of fluid in an emergency fixture includes a body; and a control element at least partially located in the body and configured to impart rotation into the fluid flow. The control element includes a first substantially cylindrical member defining a first outlet portion, the first outlet portion configured to guide a first portion of the fluid flow out of the control element as an axial flow; a second substantially cylindrical member coupled to the first member; and a plurality of radially extending members extending between the first member and the second member, each of the plurality of members comprising a deflection surface angled relative to a second portion of flow and configured to cause rotation of the second portion of flow.

    • An emergency wash system configured to dispense a fluid is disclosed. The system comprises a receptacle and a dispenser assembly disposed at least partially over the receptacle. The dispenser assembly comprises a fluid inlet portion configured to extend in a substantially horizontal direction when in use and configured to be in fluid communication with a fluid supply. The dispenser assembly also comprises a first outlet portion defining at least one first discharge opening, a second outlet portion defining at least one second discharge opening, a first fluid riser extending upwardly and outwardly from the inlet portion towards the at least one first discharge opening and a second fluid riser extending upwardly and outwardly from the inlet the first fluid riser towards the at least one second discharge opening on a side of the fluid inlet portion opposite the first fluid riser.

    • A hand washing station in communication with a drain conduit is disclosed. The hand washing station includes a sink (122), a narrow channel (138), and a drain adapter (210). The sink has a first side wall (130), a second side wall (132), a rear side wall (134) extending between the first and second side walls, and a bottom wall (136). Together the first side wall, the second side wall, the rear side wall, and the bottom wall define a sink area (126). The narrow channel has a bottom wall (140) and a pair of side walls (142, 144), and is positioned in the hand washing station adjacent to the rear wall of the sink. Further, the channel is open at the top to receive water from the sink area. The bottom wall of the channel includes a non-circular drain opening (128), and is angled downwardly toward the non-circular drain opening such that the depth of the channel increases toward the non-circular drain opening. The drain adapter (210) is fastened to the sink to connect the non-circular drain opening to the circular shape of the drain conduit, allowing water to flow from the channel to the drain conduit.
