    • The present invention provides a liquid crystal substrate cutting device used for cutting a liquid crystal substrate along a cutting line, and the liquid crystal substrate cutting device comprises a heating unit and a cutter unit. The heating unit moves along the cutting line and heats the liquid crystal substrate to soften a sealant covered on the cutting line, and the cutter unit moves along the cutting line to further cut the liquid crystal substrate. The present invention comprises the heating unit for heating the liquid crystal substrate along the cutting line to soften the sealant covered on the cutting line such that the cutter unit can precisely cut the liquid crystal substrate without abnormity of the feeding distance of the cutter unit which cause the liquid crystal substrate to break. Therefore, the scrap-rate is reduced.

    • A touch sensing method adapted for an electronic apparatus including a touch panel is provided. The touch sensing method includes the following steps: driving the touch panel by a mutual capacitance mode and a self capacitance mode; sensing a gesture applied on the touch panel, wherein the gesture forms at least one touch area on the touch panel; determining at least one geometric center of the at least one touch area based on self-mode data obtained in the self capacitance mode; and determining at least one touch location associated with the gesture on the touch panel based on the at least one geometric center of the at least one touch area. Furthermore, an electronic apparatus to which the foregoing touch sensing method is applied is also provided.

    • A multimedia file skipping method. The skipping method adds obtained increased amount of time to a current decoding time stamp to determine a target time stamp, determines a PCR (Program Clock Reference) corresponding to the target time stamp as a PCR prediction value; determines a position offset corresponding to the PCR prediction value as a target position offset according to a linear relationship between the PCR and position offset of the multimedia file; and skips to the target position offset and plays the multimedia file from this position. By the aforementioned, it is not necessary to set a time stamp index file, and calculation is performed by utilizing the linear relationship between the PCR and the position offset, and thus the amount of calculation is reduced, time cost is reduced, and skipping speed is significantly improved.
