    • There is provided a particle detector system and to detect particles on target including reticle and pellicle. The system includes a light transmitting device adapted to transmit light beam to a target through an electrowetting microlens, a light receiving device adapted to receive the transmitted light beam reflected by a surface of the target, a light refraction angle adjusting controller adapted to apply a voltage to the electrowetting microlens in order to adjust an incident angle of the light irradiated, and a detector adapted to analyze the light received by the light receiving device to determine whether there are particles on a surface of the target.

    • A source driver control device and method. The source driver control device includes a memory, a first write controller, a second write controller and a write clock signal generator. The memory receives display data corresponding to an image and stores the display data in response to a write clock signal. The first write controller generates a first write enable signal in response to a vertical back porch and a horizontal back porch. The second write controller generates a second write enable signal, which is enabled for each write cycle of storing the display data in the memory, in response to the first write enable signal. The write clock signal generator generates the write clock signal in a period in which the second write enable signal is enabled. The write cycle corresponds to a multiple of a reference write cycle. The source driver control device and method can reduce power consumed when the display data is written in the memory.

    • A method and system for processing a broadcast SMS (Short Message Service) message in a mobile communication terminal is provided. The system includes a Broadcast Management Task which performs UI (User Interface) control; and a Main Control Task which determines whether or not a Data Burst Message received from the mobile communication system is a broadcast SMS message, and, if the Data Burst Message is the broadcast SMS message, controls such that the Broadcast Management Task performs broadcasting, where the Main Control Task determines whether or not the received broadcast SMS message is a message of a registered broadcast channel, and, if the received broadcast SMS message is not a message of the registered broadcast channel, the Main Control Task does not transmit Bearer Data to the Broadcast Management Task so that the Broadcast Management Task cannot perform unnecessary processes.
