摘要： A lighted pushbutton assembly configured to be lighted by a light source includes a carrier including an outer wall that defines an inner space, the outer wall being continuous along a top surface of the carrier. A rib guide is formed as part of the outer wall. The rib guide defines an opening that extends through a bottom surface of the outer wall and includes a first portion that extends in a first direction and a second portion that extends in a second direction, the second direction being non-parallel to the first direction. A pushbutton is shaped to fit substantially within the inner space and a rib is formed as part of the pushbutton and includes a first guide that extends in the first direction and the second guide that extends in the second direction. The first guide is engaged with the first portion and the second guide is engaged with the second portion to guide reciprocating movement of the pushbutton with respect to the carrier.

The method generally involves permitting, by the clutch, rotation of the pinion in each of a first direction and a second direction without transmitting rotation of the pinion in either direction to the motor shaft, sensing, with a sensor, a rotational position of the pinion, comparing, by a controller, the rotational position of the pinion with a desired rotational position, based on the comparing, driving the motor to rotate the motor shaft, and by the clutch, coupling the motor shaft with the pinion in response to rotation of the motor shaft, and thereby transmitting torque from the motor shaft to the pinion and urging the pinion toward the desired rotational position.

摘要： An exemplary door closer has an adjustable size and includes a rotatable member operable to adjust the size and an indicator mechanism configured to indicate the current size. The indicator mechanism includes a cover mounted to a housing of the door closer and a dial rotatably mounted to the cover. The dial is engaged with the rotatable member such that the dial rotates in response to rotation of the rotatable member. The cover includes an indicating region, and the dial includes a display surface including indicia relating to the sizes of the door closer. The display surface is non-perpendicular to the rotational axis of the rotatable member. When the door closer has been adjusted to a particular size, indicia relating to the particular size are indicated by the indicating region.
