摘要： An adaptive cutting system is presented that facilitates cutting workpieces in new and different ways in a fun, easy, fast, accurate and safe manner. The system includes a benchtop having a grid of bench dog holes across its surface as well as a pair of table tracks embedded within its surface. An edge track extends around the benchtop and a pair of hinge members are connected to the edge tracks that also connect to a saw track that is movable between a raised and lowered position. The system also includes narrow rip stops, wide rip stops, bench dogs and a miter gauge all of which work in concert with the on-table features to facilitate on-table measurement and alignment of workpieces for performing cutting operations.

摘要： A guided circular saw system having a track and a ramp that is connected to a benchtop by a pair of hinge members. Hinge members are formed of a top section, a middle section and a bottom section and facilitate raising and lowering of the track in a quick and easy manner without tools. The track is raised to facilitate placing a workpiece under the track and then the track is lowered in place thereby engaging and holding the workpiece in place. A sled attached to a cutting device and the sled and cutting device slides along the track thereby cutting the workpiece. The track includes sacrificial grip strips that extend along the sides of the track and include an upper layer of material that is rigid and a lower layer of material that is compressible and has a high coefficient of friction and thereby holds the workpiece in place.

摘要： A quick grip pocket hole jig system is presented having a support section having a clamp support, an end stop and a back stop. A clamping assembly is connected to the support section having a clamping rod that extends through the clamp support. A drill guide carrier having a drill guide assembly is connected to the clamping rod on a forward side of the clamp support. A clamp body having a trigger and a release mechanism is connected to the clamping rod on a rearward side of the clamp support. The clamp body is a quick grip clamp body that facilitates quick gripping of a workpiece positioned within the support section. The clamping assembly includes a return spring and a release mechanism such that when the release mechanism is actuated the drill guide carrier and the drill guide assembly are automatically moved to a non-clamping position.

摘要： A cam lock connected with a fence assembly includes a handle portion, a top carrier and a bottom carrier connected by a threaded shaft. The handle portion and top carrier are positioned above the fence assembly and a work table or surface; wherein the bottom carrier is positioned below the fence assembly and work table or surface. The top carrier and bottom carrier both have a pair of alignment arms with a space positioned therebetween, the alignment arms of the top carrier nest with the alignment arms of the bottom carrier. The handle portion and top carrier both have cam surfaces that engage one another such that when the handle portion is rotated around the axis of the threaded shaft the handle portion is raised or lowered thereby raising or lowering the bottom carrier, thereby locking or unlocking the fence assembly in a quick, durable, easy and accurate manner.

摘要： A mobile project center system is presented that includes a center track having a pair of center supports and a pair of legs connected to the center support. A pair of benchtops are connected to the center track and move between an extended position and a retracted position. A pair of braces connect to each benchtop and provide support between the benchtop and the legs. These braces are locked and unlocked using a brace lock controlled by a brace control positioned just below the benchtops. A shelf extends between the opposing pairs of legs that transitions from a folded position and an extended position. The benchtop includes a plurality of openings in a grid pattern that facilitate attachment of various devices such as a joinery block. The system is used to perform a number of operations and converts between a plurality of configurations.

摘要： A pocket hole jig system is presented having a guide assembly having a drilling face and a plurality of drill guides that intersect with the drilling face. The main body of the guide assembly is formed of a first material that is rigid and provides structural integrity to the guide assembly. The first material has a low coefficient of friction. A grip layer is placed on the drilling face of the guide assembly. The grip layer is formed of a softer material that has a higher coefficient of friction than the material that forms the main body of the guide assembly. When placed on a workpiece, the grip layer provides increased grip on the workpiece thereby holding the workpiece and guide assembly in place and requiring less clamping pressure to hold the workpiece and guide assembly together.
