    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling-up a container, its apparatus and filling-up machine.
      SOLUTION: The apparatus is equipped with a nozzle (14) for sending a fluid flow into the container (12), a valve (16) equipped with a movable valve member (27) for controlling the fluid flow and a means for sending a position controlling signal such that the movable valve member (27) is expected to follow anticipated displacement versus a time curved line which puts a flow sent into the container (12) together to the predetermined quantity to its movable valve member (27). Furthermore, this apparatus is equipped with a sensing means (56) which senses the point of actual displacement versus the time curved line in which the movable valve member (27) follows by responding the position controlling signal and a comparative means (58) for comparing a sensed point with the corresponding point of the anticipated displacement versus the time curved line.

    • Fluid dispensing system 10 dispenses a controlled measure of fluid stock from a stock source 10S into stock receptacles 10C during a fill cycle. Flow manifold 12 receives the stock for distribution to the receptacles. The fluid stock may be pressurized by a gravity pressure head or by stock pump 10P operating between the stock source and the manifold. A fill spout 10F protrudes through system housing 10H for passing the stock into each stock receptacle. Electric solenoids 16, are positioned in the flow paths for providing the controlled measure of fluid stock. Flow adjusters adjust the fluid flow to the desired controlled measure. Fill trays 10L and 10R extend along the lower side edges of the housing, and support the stock receptacles during the fill cycle.

A system for filling containers includes a cutoff tool operatively coupled with a filling nozzle and a container clamp. A method of filling a container may include clamping the container, inserting a filling nozzle into the container, dispensing fluid material into the container, withdrawing the filling nozzle from the container during and/or after the filling, drawing back fluid material through the filling nozzle so as to thin a neck of fluid material between the filling nozzle and the filled container, and severing the neck, for example by using a cutoff tool.
