The card also includes a first substantially linear crease (70) formed near and substantially parallel to the bottom edge, and a second substantially linear crease (72) formed near and substantially parallel to the first crease. The first and second creases allow the card, when attached to the item, to be folded into a configuration in which a substantial portion of the flat surface overlies the item, thereby allowing the item and the attached card to be stored in almost the same amount of space as the item alone would occupy.
