    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a solidifying agent for solidification processing of organic and inorganic waste resources is provided to process the organic and inorganic waste resources rapidly, and to reduce process time and costs of the waste resources with a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a solidifying agent for solidification processing of organic and inorganic waste resources comprises the following steps: making mass by putting an alkali material in sulphate hydrate(S11); heat-drying perfluoronitrified sulphate hydrate and creating to a anhydrous sulphate of powder(S12); and manufacturing a high sulphate solidifying agent by mixing evenly a strong alkali material and CaSO4 in anhydrous sulphate passed a drying procedure(S13). The sulphate hydrate is one or more selected from a group consisting of calciumsulfate, potassium sulfate, sodium sulfate, ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, ferric sulfate pr hydrate. The strong alkali material is calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, quicklime, calcium hydroxide, limestone or cement.
