摘要： This application discloses a glass pane bombardment degassing device. The glass pane bombardment degassing device comprises a vacuum box body, a glass pane carrying device, an inlet and an outlet arranged on the vacuum box body for the glass pane carrying device to enter or exit the body, a bottom plate arranged on the glass pane carrying device to stack a plurality of glass panes stacked, every two adjacent glass panes being separated from each other, and a bombardment device placed inside the vacuum box body. The bombardment device includes a first and a second electrodes arranged in an up-and-down opposite way and connected with a positive electrode of a power supply, a moving electrode arranged between the first and second electrodes and connected with a negative electrode of the power supply, to generate ion or electron streams performing bombardment degassing to glass panes.

At that time, the processing condition for each site within the surface of the substrate in the first processing step is determined from a processing amount that is determined from the concave-convex shape of the surface of the glass substrate prior to processing and the in-plane distribution of a processing amount by the second processing step separately measured by using a similar substrate.

摘要： Vacuum-insulated glass windows include two or more glass panes, and glass-bump spacers formed in a surface of one of the panes. The glass-bump spacers consist of the glass material from the body portion of the glass pane. At least one of the glass panes comprises chemically-strengthened glass. Methods of forming VIG windows include forming the glass-bump spacers by irradiating a glass pane with a focused beam from a laser. Heating effects in the glass cause the glass to locally expand, thereby forming a glass-bump spacer. In embodiments where the glass-bump spacers are formed in a chemically-strengthened glass pane, the glass-bump spacers may be formed before or after the chemical strengthening. A second glass pane is brought into contact with the glass-bump spacers, and the edges sealed. The resulting sealed interior region is evacuated to a pressure of less than one atmosphere.

摘要： The present invention provides an apparatus and process for depositing a thin layer on the surface of a transparent substrate by the known process of cathodic sputtering. Atoms for forming the thin layer are produced from four cathodic plates arranged so as to form a rectangular parallelepiped. An anode covers one open end of the parallelepiped, and the substrate receving the thin layer is placed at the other open end of the parallelepiped. A magnetic field is produced by a permanent magnet, and the entire apparatus is supported by a metal support. A cooling channel surrounds the parallelepiped to enable the cooling of the cathodic plates.
