摘要： A frame is provided, and a quiver assembly is attached to the frame. The frame, preferably made from aluminum, is manufactured by using an axis of extrusion that is perpendicular to the primary axis of the quiver assembly. A top portion of the quiver assembly provides blade covers with foam inserts to store, for example, expandable broadheads. The blade covers are non-circular in shape, so that broadheads can be rotated approximately ninety degrees to a secure position. The quiver also utilizes a set screw that allows a the hunter to adjust the camming force required for loading and unloading the quiver from the bow. The quiver assembly utilizes rubber posts that allow for a quiet operation, as well as a secure means of locking the quiver assembly to a bow.

摘要： Arrow securing devices and various methods and making are disclosed herein. An exemplary arrow securing device typically includes a cord, one or two nock coupling end, and a locking mechanism. Each nock coupling end is typically located at and of the cord. The locking mechanism can be connected to the cord and is releasably lockable. Typically, the locking mechanism includes a clamping aperture through which the cord can be passed. With use of a button on the locking mechanism, the clamping aperture can be clamped locked or loosened to adjust the length of the cord to each nock coupling end. The arrow securing device can be attached to various portions of a quiver. Then the nock coupling ends can be removably attached to the nocks of arrows in a quiver to stabilize and secure the arrows within the quiver.

摘要： A hunting bow hanger in the form of a cylindrical shaft of substantially the same length and diameter as a hunting arrow, having self-starting wood screw threads on one end, and a hook that includes a crank portion on the other end. The crank is used to turn the shaft manually to screw the threads into a tree trunk. To prevent bending of the shaft under load, a cable tether is provided that spans from the hook end of the shaft diagonally upward to an anchor higher on the tree trunk. The anchor has self-starting wood screw threads and a crank portion for tool-less threading into the tree trunk. The cable is attached to the hanger shaft near the hook end, and has a free end with a loop that slips over a retention portion of the anchor crank. This provides a sturdy bow hanger that is carried in the quiver in place of one of the arrows.

摘要： An archery bow handle or riser, in which the riser is cut out sufficiently to permit a broad head arrowhead to pass rearwardly of the hand grip section, and upon release of the arrow, to avoid interference with the riser by both the broad head point as well as the vanes at the rear portion of the arrow is disclosed. Provision is made beneath the riser sight window offset to mount an arrow rest, which may interlock into a cutout, and which extends somewhat further offset in order to position the arrow on the centerline of the bow so that it will behave as an arrow fired with a prior-art type bow handle riser, but accommodating a shorter arrow with a broad head, and avoiding the frictional and deflecting contact of the vanes with the riser. Vane deflection may be a problem with any length arrow and any type of arrow head used on a bow without the sight window offset feature as set forth in the present invention.
