    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed container that is sealingly closed through the laser welding in which the stored content can be easily taken out and at the same time it may provide some superior characteristics such as seal opening, seal closing and anti-pressure characteristics, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: There is provided a sealed container including a resin container 1 having at least a bottom part 2 and side walls 3 and a lid member 10 welded and fixed to the resin container 1, wherein the lid member 10 is formed with an opening 15 for use in taking out the stored content, the opening 15 is sealingly closed with a seal member 20 that can be peeled off and at the same time an opening peripheral edge 16 can be flexed upwardly and/or downward.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pour-out type cap which has high unplugging force, can provide reliable sealability, is excellent in separate disposability, and also is excellent in tamper-evident(TE) property, heat resistance, impact resistance or the like. SOLUTION: The cap comprises a cap body 1 including an inner cylinder 11, an outer cylinder 13 coupled with the inner cylinder and engaged with an outer periphery of a container neck 7, a fastening portion 14 and a portion expected to open for pour-out, and an upper lid to be fastened with the fastening portion so that it can be opened/closed. The outer cylinder 13 comprises an inner peripheral portion and an outer peripheral portion which are separated via a peripheral slit having an upper part opened and a lower part closed. The inner peripheral portion is formed with a protrusion 34 extending radially inward to lock with a jaw 73 of the container neck 7, and a removal score 36 positioned above the protrusion with a peripheral length exceeding a half of the inner peripheral portion. The outer peripheral portion is formed with a portion to start tearing, and a portion to guide tearing is provided between the portion to start tearing and the removal score 36.
