摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging device capable of easily discharging even liquid staying within a deep recessed portion and being inexpensively constituted. SOLUTION: This discharging device 12 for discharging liquid staying within a recessed portion 48 to the outside is constituted so as to have (a) a seal main body 10 provided with a rubber expansion pipe 14, (b) an introduction pipe passage 46 for introducing air into the seal main body 10, (c) a discharging hole 30 for discharging air within the seal main body 10 into sealing space of the recessed portion 48 and (d) a liquid discharging pipe passage 28 passing through the seal main body 10 in the axial direction. The introduction pipe passage 46 is disposed at the inside of the liquid discharging passage 28.

SOLUTION: A device is structured so that solid-liquid mixed flow body sucked by a vacuum device 5 through a suction pipe 7b is separated into liquid content and solid content low in water content ratio in a suction tank 3 and a pressure receiving tank 4. Then the liquid content is delivered by the sucking action of the vacuum device 5 through the suction pipe 7a, and the solid content low in water content ratio is discharged by a pneumatic pressure from an air compressor 8 through the force-feed pipe 10.
