    • The invention relates to a power increase transmission comprising pivot levers. According to the invention, the oscillatory motion of a rocker arm (3) is transmitted by means of a lever (5) to a double rocker arm (6) which in turn transmits said motion to a rocker arm (4) by means of another lever (5). The aforementioned levers (5) pivot around fixed shafts (12) with determined lever ratios. The radius ratios of the rocker arms and the positions of the pivots in relation to the line joining the centres of rotation of said rocker arms can be adjusted in order to obtain an output force which is greater than the input force, while maintaining or increasing the velocity. In addition, a rotary-to-oscillatory motion converter (18, 19) can be connected at the input while an oscillatory-to-rotary motion converter (23, 24) can be connected at the output.

    • PURPOSE:To make improvements in production efficiency and size accuracy in a product, by bonding a reinforced sheet material formed broadly in advance to a sliding contact material together alternately, producing a composite material, and cutting this at the width and the length required each. CONSTITUTION:A composite material 12 is made up of bonding a reinforced sheet material 10 and a sliding contact part material 11 together with each other. Width of this composite material 12 has an area of at least more than two times of the finished one of a product. For this reinforced sheet material 10, a plastic sheet of polyester or the like are used in addition to a metallic sheet of phosphor bronze. And, for the sliding contact material 11, felt of a synthetic fiber or the like is used. Next, this composite material is bored of setting holes by a driller and, after each slit 17 is cut in the finished width simultaneously, it is cut off in the specified length. According to the abvementioned method, production efficiency is improved, and such a product as being excellent in size accuracy is producible.
