CONSTITUTION:Resistors 4a-4c are inserted between an induction machine 1 and a rectifier 5 for converting the secondary current into a DC, a switch 6 for shortcircuiting and opening the rectifier 5 is provided, the secondary current of a DC machine is varied by opening or closing the switch 6 to control the output torque or the speed. In this control, a current detector 3 is provided between the rectifier 5 and the switch 6, and a current calculator 9 for simulating the secondary current of the induction machine at the OFF time of the switch 6 is provided from the circuit constants of the detected current I1, the induction machine 1 and resistors 4a-4c.

    • PURPOSE:To continuously control the proportional transition of generated torque of an induction motor and to alleviate the pulsation of the generated torque by providing a contactless switch and an impedance element in the secondary side. CONSTITUTION:A 3-phase full-wave rectifier 4 is connected to the secondary terminal 3 of an induction motor 1, and a contactless switch 5 is connected between the DC terminals of the rectifier 4. Since an impedance element 6 is connected at a resistance element as a center in parallel with the switch 5, the generator torque of a motor 1 does not abruptly decrease while the switch 5 is interrupted. Accordingly, the generated torque is not largely pulsated.

    • PURPOSE:To arbitrarily regulate the speed of a motor without loss by providing a main coil and an auxiliary coil on the rotor of the motor and feeding back a power generated at the main coil from the auxiliary coil to the stator coil in response to the degree of the slip. CONSTITUTION:A coil 2 wound on a stator core is connected to a power source, thereby generating a rotary field. A coil 4 is wound on a rotor core, is divided into a main coil W1 and an auxiliary coil W2. The courrent flowed when the circuit connected in series in reverse polarity with the coils W1, W2 is shortcircuited or the current flowed when the coil W2 is shortcircuited is set to become lower than 1/2 of the current flowed when the coil W1 is shortcircuited. A switching element 5A shortcircuits the coil W1, and a switching element 5B shortcircuits either the circuit connected in reverse polarity with the coils W1, W2 or the coil W2. These two sets of switching elements 5A, 5B are alternately conducted, and the conducting width is varied, thereby regulating the rotating speed.

    • PURPOSE:To make an acceleration rate stable and obtain a smooth acceleration, by controlling an operating motor that drives a secondary resistor to have a variable speed corresponding to an intensity of a primary current of an induction motor. CONSTITUTION:When a value of speed command SP is given to a motor 1, a regulator 11 closes a contact 11a1. Then a command valve VP of a speed command circuit 16 is applied to a comparator 19, and with a deviation from an actual value VF applied to a phase control circuit 20 an operating motor 13 is driven. At the time, the circuit 16 gives an output so that the weaker a primary current I1 becomes the greater the value of speed command VP becomes. Therefore when the motor 1 is in a state of accelerated speed, a motor 13 is driven with variable speed by an intensity of the primary current so that a speed control corresponding to an acceleration current can be performed. If the load is greatly changed or the set speed SP is surpassed by some over-performances of a liquid resistor, an output of an amplifier 17 changes greatly a value of the liquid resistor to cause the motor 13 to rotate reversely through a control amplifier 18.

    • PURPOSE:To make the operation at a predetermined speed possible even though a power-supply voltage is varied in the case the operation is controlled depending on the secondary voltage of a wire-wound induction motor by proportionately varying the value of the command signal at the same rate as the variation of the secondary voltage. CONSTITUTION:The speed of rotation is controlled by feeding back the power generated in the secondary side of a wire-wound induction motor 1 to the primary side by a stationary Scherbius device 24. At this time, a power supply 3 is connected to a rotating-speed command means 19 containing a rectifier 9 without a stabilizing means, a voltage divider 11, and a speed setter 12 which generates a command signal depending on the voltage from the voltage divider 11. The output from the rotating-speed-command means 19 and the speed signal from a speed sensing means 13 are given to a comparator 16, thereby the triggering angle of an inverter 21 is controlled. Since the command signal varies at the same rate as the variation of the secondary voltage even though the secondary voltage is varied due to the variation of the power-supply voltage, the stable operation can be continued at a predetermined rotating speed.
