摘要： A vessel receives a liquid material, which is freeze-dried in situ within the vessel. A gas permeable material carried by the vessel provides gas transport for sublimation during drying. After freeze drying, an oxygen-free inert gas is introduced into the vessel through the gas permeable material, to occupy the interior of the vessel with the freeze-dried material. The gas permeable material is covered, to trap the oxygen- free inert gas within the vessel with the freeze- dried material. The freeze-dried material is stored in the entrapped oxygen- free inert gas within the vessel for a storage period. The vessel receives a reconstituting liquid for mixing with the freeze-dried material, and conveys the reconstituted freeze-dried material from the vessel for administration to an individual.

Diffuser assemblies or other equipment may be coupled to fluid distribution conduits via a mating tube. 摘要： A stimulation system for prosthetic or therapeutic stimulation of muscles, nerves, or central nervous system tissue, is provided. The system includes external and internal components, with a hermetically sealed pulse generator and lead configured to be implanted in subcutaneous tissue, the lead extending up to an anatomical furthest distance from the pulse generator. The pulse generator includes circuitry and hardware adapted for non-inductive wireless telemetry using VHF/UHF signals located within a welded titanium case, the telemetry for transmitting status information, and includes a unique signature for secure communications. The pulse generator includes a primary or rechargeable battery, a microcontroller, and a power receiving coil for receiving power to recharge a rechargeable battery, the power receiving coil having a maximum outside dimension. The circuitry is adapted to suspend the generation of stimulation at a first remaining battery capacity, and to enter a dormant mode at a second remaining battery capacity.
