    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit and method which decides a vibration behavior of a brake lining for a power vehicle.SOLUTION: The unit (1) has an installing unit (2) which installs a brake lining (3), and a fixing unit (6) which fixes the brake disc model (7) assigned to the brake lining (3). The fixing process is performed so that the brake lining (3) can press a contact face (8) along with the brake disc model (7). Furthermore, the unit (1) is combined with the installing unit (2) and/or the fixing unit (6) so that the brake lining (3) can be pressed to the brake disc model (7) by a pre-tension unit (9) about an absolute value and a direction with a predetermined pressure (10, 10'). Furthermore, the unit (1) has excitation units (13, 13') to be combined with the brake disc model (7) and/or the brake lining (3) to excite the vibration of the brake disc model (7) and/or the brake lining (3).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a cabriolet to easily detect a prescribed position of a flap by moving a window deflector member without a collision with the flap.
      SOLUTION: Each one link mechanism passing opening 17 for a top link mechanism of the cabriolet 1 is provided adjacent to the first window deflector member 12 on a vertical side surface 2 of the cabriolet 1. The link mechanism passing opening 17 can be selectively closed or opened by each one flap 16 of a link type flap device 15. The cabriolet 1 includes: a control device 19 for a driving device 18 for making the first window deflector member 12 movable between a non-operation position and an operation position; and a position detection device 27 for the flap 16. The control device 19 permits moving of the window deflector member 12 only when the position detection device 27 detects the prescribed position P1 of at least one flap 16 of the flaps 16.
