    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional remote control device for household electrical appliances capable of freely controlling power on/off of a household electrical appliance, such as a problem of performing unnecessary air-conditioning operation by remotely operating power-on of an air conditioner that is a household electrical appliance even when there is no person in a room having the air conditioner and the air-conditioning operation is not necessary.SOLUTION: A remote control device for household electrical appliances comprises: a display unit for displaying an operation state of a household electrical appliance and an operation button for controlling the household electrical appliance on an operation screen; an operation unit for detecting a depression state of the operation button displayed on the operation screen; a control unit for generating transmission data corresponding to the depression state detected by the operation unit; and a wireless communication unit for wirelessly transmitting the transmission data generated by the control unit to the household electrical appliance. The control unit generates transmission data for stopping operation of the household electrical appliance on the basis of the depression state of the operation button detected by the operation unit, but does not generate transmission data for starting operation of the household electrical appliance.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device capable of reducing installation cost, while reducing shutting-in failure when brake abnormality is caused.
      SOLUTION: A hoisting machine is arranged in an upper part of a hoistway. The hoisting machine has an electric motor 1 and a sheave 2. A rope 3 is wound on the sheave 2. A car 4 is suspended in an end part of the rope 3. A counterweight 5 is suspended in the other end part of the rope 3. The electric motor 1 is attached with a brake device 6 braking rotation of the electric motor 1. The electric motor 1 is also attached with an encoder 7. The encoder 7 is connected to a control device body 8 controlling operation of an elevator. The control device body 8 has a main control part 8a controlling operation of the whole control device body 8 and an abnormality monitoring part 8b monitoring the hoising machine and the brake device 6.
