    • A knee joint traction device is provided to reduce load on the knee cartilage by dragging a thigh region and a region below knee when a user stands up from a seated position, to reduce pains, and to cure arthritis. A knee joint traction device comprises: a thigh support(110) positioned in a longitudinal direction of a thigh; a leg support(130) positioned in a longitudinal direction of a leg below the knee; and a connection part(150) positioned at the front area of the knee and being connected to the thigh support and the leg support through hinges(151,152), respectively. The thigh support includes a support piece(113), a cushion(115), and more than one band(121) for surrounding the thigh. The leg support includes a connecting piece(131) hinged to the connection part, a pair of support bars(133), and plural base bands(124',124'').

    • An orthosis with controlled angular excursion that can be positioned at the level of a joint or articulation of the human body comprises an articulated joint (10) with a basic structure (11) designed to be positioned on the joint and which comprises, centrally, a pin (12) with toothing (13) located in a circular sector with predetermined width. The basic structure (11) and the relative pin (12) provided with toothing (13) are equipped with a respective pair of rings (14) each of which has a substantially elongated shape wherein a hollow part, or slot, comprises two straight sectors of which at least one is provided with toothing with the same pitch as the toothing (13) of the pin (12) with which it engages. The two rings (14) can, when in use, be simultaneously rotated around the pin (12) and are provided with slots (15) which in turn comprise means (16) of traction of the orthosis.
