摘要： A strut bearing including an improved seal configuration is disclosed. The strut bearing includes an upper carrier including a first outer axially extending rim and a first inner axially extending rim, and a lower carrier including a second outer axially extending rim and a second inner axially extending rim. The first outer axially extending rim at least partially surrounds the second outer axially extending rim. A rolling bearing is supported between the upper and lower carriers. A seal includes at least one sealing lip and a reinforcement rim, and the at least one sealing lip is molded on to the reinforcement rim. The seal extends between the first outer axially extending rim of the upper carrier and the second outer axially extending rim of the lower carrier.

摘要： A rolling bearing is provided wherein one open end of the bearing space formed between an outer race and an inner race is covered with a sealing ring provided with oil flow holes provided with filters. The sealing ring includes a plurality engaging portions provided on the sealing ring in a protruding manner along the circumferential direction thereof, and engaged in recesses provided on the inner race. An annular member made of a material softer than that of the sealing ring is fixed to the sealing ring. The annular member includes a lip portion facing the outer race with a gap or kept in contact with the outer race. The sealing ring is formed by injection molding a resin, and weld lines generated during the injection molding are formed in the portions of the sealing ring corresponding to radial directions along which the oil flow holes are not disposed.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a resin composition whose flowability is secured when the resin composition is injection-molded into injection-molded articles such as a resin-made crown-shaped cage and a resin-made seal both for a rolling bearing and a resin-made sliding bearing and which is capable of enhancing the mechanical strengths and toughnesses of these injection-molded articles to such an extent that these injection-molded articles can be used as bearing members. The resin composition is formed into a molded article and used as a bearing member. The resin composition is composed of polyamide resin or polyester resin to which polycarbodiimide is added. The polyamide resin is at least one resin selected from among polyamide 66 resin and polyamide 11 resin. The polyester resin is polytrimethylene terephthalate resin. 0.5 to 6 wt % of the polycarbodiimide is contained in an entirety of the resin composition. A resin-made crown-shaped cage (1) is obtained by injection-molding the resin composition.

摘要： A seal ring including filters is mounted to a rolling bearing. The bearing includes rolling elements disposed between an outer race and an inner race. The seal ring is made of a resin or a metal and covers an end opening of the bearing space defined between the outer race and the inner race. The filters are detachably fitted in oil flow holes formed in the seal ring. The filters catch foreign matter contained in lubricating oil. The seal ring is engaged by one of the outer race and the inner race. An annular member made of a material softer than the seal ring is fixed to the seal ring. The annular member serves as a lip facing the other of the inner and outer races with a gap left therebetween, or in abutment with the other of the inner and outer races.
